CMD-FSC-CO1A UVC LED module is a 275nm deep ultraviolet LED module designed for equipment manufacturers which need a compact deep ultraviolet light source. Being emitted with a 270nm-278nm peak emission wavelength range, this module is intended for various applications which need UV-C light sources.
This UVC LED module is based on the ceramic package with an optical transparent window. The SMD structure and low thermal resistance design make this module suitable for product development where size, heat dissipation and reliability have to be taken into consideration. The module is SMT solderable, lead free and RoHS compliant, and can be used for engineering samples, production batches and OEM projects.
The CMD-FSC-CO1A operates at 5-7.5V with 200mA current and produces 14-25mW radiant power. A 120° view angle of this module helps to distribute the UV-C emission over a wide area in enclosed equipment.
