CUN66B1B is a high power ultraviolet diode intended for industrial 365nm UVA applications. It features 1000mW radiant power, 3.7V voltage, 500mA current, 45° view angle in compact 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.8mm SMD package. This makes the LED suitable for OEM that requires compact UV source for curing, printing, detection, UV flashlight, and custom module projects.
