Product Details Description
The Seoul Viosys OEM-365nm is a customized 365nm LED module solution for OEM customers who want a flexible UV-A LED module instead of a fixed standard one. It is applicable for UV curing, printing, coating, adhesive, counterfeit detection, security inspection, UV torch, fluorescence photography, dental curing, crime inspection, and oil leak detection.
This 365nm LED module solution is customizable in size, voltage, radiant power, LED quantity, PCB, connector, wire, lens, heat sink, and housing. The current is from 250mA to 1000mA for each LED, allowing users to choose proper power according to the application. The module solution is available for the development of portable handheld device, industrial equipment, inspection lamp, UV torch engine, and machine mounted UV-A exposure system.
The 365nm wavelength is extensively applied for UV-A curing and fluorescence detection. Compared with the longer wavelength like 395nm, a 365nm LED generally produces less visible purple light and provides stronger fluorescence contrast in many inspection applications. So it is widely used for counterfeit detection, security inspection, fluorescence photography, crime inspection, oil leak detection, and UV torch design.
For UV curing applications, this 365nm LED module can be adopted in adhesive curing tool, coating curing system, printing machine, resin exposure machine, and dental curing module if the target material reacts to 365nm UV-A light. The final UV-A curing performance depends on material chemistry, LED quantity, radiant power, exposure distance, driving current, optical design, heat dissipation and UV-A dose requirement.
The 120° view angle provides broad UV-A light spread. This is very helpful for wide field of view application, printing line, curing panel, and other UV reactive surface. For the application requiring concentrated light beam, the final design can customize lenses, reflectors or housing structure to change light distribution pattern.
This customizable 365nm LED product adopts SMT technology and is suitable for high current usage. It has features of high power output, low thermal resistance, lead free structure and RoHS compliant module development. Thermal design is essential since the higher current and radiant power will require suitable PCB material, heat sink, driver control and long-term temperature test.
As an OEM & ODM UV LED module product, the product is available in different assembly formats. Options include aluminum PCB, copper PCB, round PCB, strip PCB, multi LED array, UV torch module, curing head, inspection lamp module and other customized UV light source solution. The voltage and radiant power shall be confirmed according to the final LED layout and driver system.
This product is a UV LED module or module component, not a finished lamp unless being specified in final OEM design. A finished device requires components of driver circuit, PCB board, heat sink, housing, optical lens or reflector, wiring, switch and safety design. The OEM-365nm module is a 365nm UV-A LED product, not a UVC sterilization module and shall not be promoted for disinfection or germicidal applications.
