CUN86B1G, 385nm 3W uv led chip is a high power professional UV-A LED chip with 3W radiant power. With its wavelength at 385nm, 2050mW radiant power, 3.6V forward voltage, 1000mA operating current and 65° view angle, it is ideal for developing UV-A curing, printing, coating, inspection, UV torch products and customized UV LED modules.
This 3W uv led chip is a member of the Seoul Viosys nZ5 series of near-UV LEDs. It is a high current, narrow viewing angle and high power output LED chip. It features a 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.8mm SMD package, allowing the designer to assemble a compact UV light engine without using conventional lamps.
385nm wavelength is widely chosen for UV curing, printing, coating, adhesive curing, counterfeit detection, security inspection, UV torch products, fluorescence photography, dental curing, crime inspection and oil leak detection.
